Frocktober Day 24 and the sun is shining in the sky. Now, this is spring! I’m keeping it pretty in pink for Pink Ribbon Week with some sheer fuchsia pink Jonathan Aston tights with my classic black and white frock. With all that colour going on, I went with a nude lip today. There is a thing as too much, even for me!
Today’s very pretty frock is an op shop find extraordinaire. It is by Moss and Spy and retails at $240.00. I snapped it up, brand new from Vinnies for the princely sum of $15.
I’m supporting Pink Ribbon Week with Shop Me Chic by wearing a pop of pink every day this week. If these tights don’t qualify as a pop of pink, I do not know what would! Check out the Shop Me Chic hashtag #achicpinkribbonweek on Instagram and have fun popping your pink!
Operation Arctic office was combatted today with this gorgeous Carla Zampatti champagne velveteen blazer. I swished this luxurious piece at the Red Cross Rozelle Clothes Exchange Event. I’ll make sure I tell all my Sydney peeps when the next one is on. There’s a list!
To be perfectly honest, little black ballet flats would have looked a whole heap better with this outfit, but I needed comfortable walking shoes today, hence the compromise with these Ziera antique gold ballet pumps.
My bag is a gorgeous soft tan leather studded barrel bag, inspired by Alexander Wang, bought for a tenner from Rozelle Markets from some fabulous fashionistas selling off their PR spares and wardrobe overflow. I am wearing Samantha Wills Bohemian Bardot Drop earrings in Jasper, and adding a little geek chic with my fabulous Rayban specs. I luff them!
Day 24 of Frocktober and spring has sprung! I’m rocking a gorgeous op shopped frock again, and raising money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
You can check out my Everyday Hero Kimba Likes fundraising page, which is tracking my efforts to reach my fundraising goal of $500. Thank you so much to the gorgeous and generous souls who have made a contribution. Only $125 to go. I’m unbelievably grateful. Love your work!
