I’ve got some super duper exciting news to share with you. Want to guess who has their very own app? Yes, it is Kimba Likes!
The Kimba Likes app is a fun new way to keep up with Kimba Likes and read, share and join the conversation on the go.
As it is a free app, there will be the occasional ad, plus sponsored videos targeted for Kimba Likes readers.
An app might not necessarily be for everyone, but I like to give my lovely readers options to make it easier for us to hang out!

Allow me to introduce my workspace, featuring an antique Singer sewing table base topped with a marble slab. The little wooden unit is a tea trolley made by my Great Granddad in the 60s. I use it for my in box, Ta Da List and stationery storage, as well as displaying some favourite pretties. My storage sacks are from Cotton & Thread and Lisa T for Target.
Living in a modern open plan terrace, as we do, means we don’t have many available corners to tuck my workspace into. I had contemplated moving into the guest room, but we decided it made more sense to create an upstairs living space. Boyo has very happily claimed it as his hang out zone, complete with a daybed for reading and all his gaming gear. It can be easily be set up for guests when needed. Boyo is enjoying his suite – his bedroom, hang out room and Guinea Pig Palace on the adjoining balcony. Honestly, what a life!
Our taste in decor runs to eclectic mix and match vintage modern with a quirky twist, so my workspace fits perfectly into our living room. As the mother of a tweenager obsessed with online games, there’s another reason for the placement. Having my laptop downstairs fits with our family rule of supervising online time for our son.
My desk sums up both me and Kimba Likes perfectly – it’s retro cute, uniquely quirky and stuffed to the gunwales with useful and decorative items. It’s even kinda colour coordinated to my blog theme.
There are pom poms, vintage bone china, rose gold and pink, scented jar candles, gloriously happy photos of my loves, tea cups, and of course, bunnies feature.
You can see why I love my job – having this prettily inspiring place to work makes me happy!
Do you have a work space at home? Are you lucky enough to have your own home office? What do you think of the Kimba Likes app?
