For Frocktober Day 11, I’m wearing the gorgeous Mix Apparel Eyelet Dress that Rachel from Redcliffe Style and I selected for our October Style it Project piece. What a pretty girl this frock is. A little retro cute, a little boho chic. she is the perfect summer frock.
I teamed it with New Look clog sandals from Payless Shoes, a Mimco headband and arm party featuring ASOS, Jet Empire* and Red Phoenix Emporium.
Colour pop accessories complete my look, with my Mint Mox*, Chloden London cobalt bag* from OzSale, Sportscraft cobalt leather skinny belt and yellow leather hairbow by Alannah Hill. Another arm party with the same guests as Day 11.
It’s official. I really don’t know who I am anymore. I do love a frock. Hello, third year of Frocktober. But three white frocks in a row?
This little beauty for Frocktober Day 13 is 100% textured cotton. I liken the fabric to a kantha blanket. An emergency dash to get new trainers for Boyo saw me with a few moments to wander around Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre. I swooped on this lovely Country Road dress – a steal at $20 – and these fabulous Seed rope wedge sandals. I still can’t believe I paid $7.50 for them.
I teamed the dress with a little striped cropped cardigan, also by Country Road. I love this so much I have it in the black colour way too. Dirty Hair Don’t Care was rescued with a vintage silk scarf tied as a hairbow, and my Chloden London bag from OzSale* and a pretty in pink Jet Empire* arm party provided my beloved colour pop!
Frocktober Day 14 and it was uncharacteristically freezing in the midst of spring. The perfect opportunity to wear this brand new Portmans^ ponte jersey dress I bought in a clearance sale for a totally ridiculous price. So nice to wear a dress that I thought wouldn’t get an outing until next winter.
I teamed the dress with my New Look Idol derby laceups in Bronze, from Payless Shoes. Run don’t walk to grab these at $10 a pair!
Frocktober Day 15 was a day with a difference. I had to whizz Boyo into the city for a dance workshop. Commuter traffic is cray cray – and it’s even worse in the rain. How do people do that every single day?!
I teamed my Popbasic^ dress with a Katies^ French terry jacket, and added pops of colour with my Forever New mustard crochet headband, Sussan merlot tights, latte Nine West ankle boots and Chloden London* handbag from OzSale.

I know there are a lot of worthy causes, and demands on our charity dollars, but I’d really like you to donate any spare cash to Frocktober’s fundraising for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. Ovarian cancer is the silent killer. There is no early detection test. Let’s help fund research to change that!
Click here to help. Please? It is such an important cause.
