I’m back at work for Day 9 of Frocktober, which just also happens to be Day 2 of Kimba Likes Leona Week. I’m wearing a very simple navy Leona dress with a Nehru collar. It is a throw-on-and-out-the-door dress, letting the accessories do all the talking. Like most of Leona’s frocks, it skims and clings where it should. Elegant in its simplicity.
I’ve teamed today’s frock with a bright pop of colour from my beloved Sussan mustard opaque tights, and keeping it elegant with patent, suede and studded Leona Edmiston ballet flats, and a navy patent leather Marni waist belt. The coat is Von Troska and I adore it for the retro cute styling. It works beautifully with a jeans-and-tee combo too.
I’ve tied in the mustard theme with my agate dangly earrings, bought from the Berry Markets on Xmas holidays one year. My due-to-be-cut-this-Friday fringe is pulled off my face with a Mimco bejewelled insect clip. As you do.
That was Day 9 of Frocktober and Day 2 of Kimba Likes Leona Week of rocking my frock and raising money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
You can check out my Everyday Hero Kimba Likes fundraising page, which is tracking my efforts to reach my fundraising goal of $500. Thank you so much to the gorgeous and generous souls who have made a contribution. Love your work!
