What I Wore | SnS 7 Day Colour Challenge

SnS 7 Day Colour Challenge

You might have noticed how much I love colour.  I very rarely wear black.  In fact, if I’m wearing black, you know it has to be a pretty special piece.  I recently participated in the Style and Shenanigans 7 Day Colour Challenge and it was a pretty colourful week!

I hate it when people do this but…. I’m going to pick a favorite. I absolutely adore the yellow and red combo. Seriously, two colors I would’ve never put together but they look so fun and unexpected. And, OK, I have to choose purple too because that’s my favorite color. Are the glasses purple as well? Love them.ReplyCancel

    • Kim-Marie Williams - 7 March 2014 - 10.50 am

Ha! I cheated with the yellow and red because I chose a pattern that had hints of red in it. Yup, the glasses are purple! I have two pairs of purple Ray-Ban reading glasses and I love them! I figured purple eyeshadow makes my eyes look greener so let’s try purple glasses! xReplyCancel

You do colour so well. I am with Bev – I would kill for that Shabby Sisters kimono too. Perfect shape, colours and length! And probably those shoes too. Needless to say Friday was my fav outfit!! I may need to take some inspiration from you to get out of the black (and to mix it up – black & white) rut I have found myself in!ReplyCancel

    • Kim-Marie Williams - 6 March 2014 - 2.20 pm

As soon as I saw the kimono, I knew I needed it. Such a statement piece! Black and white have their place in a wardrobe … but I just love colour and actually, I don’t look very good in black nor white. Nor beige either actually.ReplyCancel

I loved your outfits last week Kimba (and always of course) and choosing a fave is like trying to choose a fave child! You wear colour so well and in such a fun way, you are an inspiration to us all. Thank you for joining in too! xxxReplyCancel

Just show me a colour that doesn’t look completely fan-bloody-tastic on you! I am totally envious of your use of colour and your general gorgeousness xx Ps. I would kill for the Shabby Sisters cape xxReplyCancel

    • Kim-Marie Williams - 6 March 2014 - 2.21 pm

Oh thanks, Bev! I don’t think red looks good on me so that’s very nice. The cape is magic!ReplyCancel
