so hot right now

Kimba Likes Wardrobe Wednesday - so hot right now

I’m so hot right now – literally.  I have a charming kidney infection, am running a temperature and feeling less than sassy.  Can anyone tell me why antibiotics actually make you feel worse than the infection they’re fighting?!

I also have jetlag by proxy.  The Welshman is dealing with actual jetlag.  I’m dealing with 10 days of not sleeping properly because I don’t when he’s away.

The upshot is that I’m totes phoning it in for today’s post.  I adore reading your Wardrobe Wednesday posts, and they’re just what the doctor* ordered.  So, here, have some pretty pictures.  I’m going to bed early!

Pink. Fluffy. Dice.  Yep.  That’s my car and those are my pink fluffy dice.  Talk about so hot right now.  If it was 1985 and I was a total bogan.

Boyo won a pair of fluffy dice at Luna Park – they’re adorning the Welshman’s 4WD.  He really thought I needed a pair too.  Hello eBay and hello Mother’s Day.  Lucky lucky me!

Don’t tell anyone, but I secretly love them.  They symbolise love and family to me – plus, I can always spot which little red car is mine in the carpark!

Have you been shopping for baby clothes lately? How absolutely adorable are they? I lost my freaking mind in the kidswear department at Trade Secret. My new niece or nephew is going to have an extremely doting Auntie Kimba!

I also managed to pop my Trade Secret cherry, and my Daiso cherry, and see a non-kid’s movie, in one fell swoop in the weekend.  I dropped Boyo at one Chatswood movie theatre for his mate’s birthday celebration, finally found a park in the driving rain, sprinted to the other Chatswood movie theatre for a movie, which was rescheduled by half an hour.  Giving me a sweet smash and grab shopping moment.

If you need me, I’ll be heading back to Chatswood.  I need way more time checking out both of these stores!

Oh, and Me Before You? Pack tissues. It takes some getting used to when the Mother of Dragons is a sweet brunette in a fabulously quirky outfit, but I absolutely loved the movie.  I wept through approximately 47% of it, and laughed through the rest.

Lastly, a super pretty photo from a recent intimate ladies lunch I attended to talk about vaginas.  Yep, Dr Ginni Mansberg and Vagisil ProHydrate invited a select group for a very pretty lunch to talk about something we don’t really talk about.  Vaginal health.

Intrigued? I’m posting about it next week.  Got any questions? I’ll try my best to answer them for you.

I don’t get to Chatswood nearly as often as I should. I work in North Sydney so I have done a few quick jaunts on the train but like you not enough time to really explore!ReplyCancel
