wearing TK Maxx Australia outfit under $80

I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of TK Maxx Australia at Top Ryde City ever since I saw the signs go up.  So when I was invited to join in the celebrations as a TK Maxx Australia blogger, I was in like Flynn!

TK Maxx Australia is a bargain shopper’s dream destination!  I hit up the Cheltenham branch in the UK a few years ago and may have squealed out loud when I discovered they were heading down under.

TK Maxx is an off price retailer, buying up excess stock from all over the world, including Australia.  There is no such thing as a stock room.  What comes in, goes on the floor.  It really is what you see is what you get.  When it is gone, it is gone.  But who knows what other fabulous pieces will arrive for your next visit?

And what do you get? Amazing brands at incredible value!  In their own words …

Big brands. Small prices.  Yes way!

At TK Maxx, we deliver exceptional value on an ever-changing selection of big brand, designer and high-quality fashion apparel and home wares, for a whole lot less than department or high street stores, every single day.

We offer everything from women’s, men’s and kids fashion, to footwear, accessories, lingerie, beauty, luggage, home wares for every room and more.

We’re an international brand, with over 500 stores across seven countries – the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Austria, the Netherlands, and now in Australia with 35 locations across the east coast.

I hit up my local store, at the newly renovated and quite fancy Top Ryde City, with shopping voucher tucked away safely in my purse.

I was given $100 to shop ’til I dropped and for that, I bought myself an English bone china cup, gorgeous tea caddy with teabags, black lace top and designer jeans.  To put that into perspective, the RRP of the outfit I’m wearing was about $270.  I paid $80.  I know right?!

Want to know what else I bought for my family (oh and myself, of course!)? A fabulously light suitcase.  Shapewear knickers and camis.  Socks and sneaker slips.  Kitchen gadgets. Gourmet treats. Designer label sunglasses.  China teapot.  Fancy red wine glasses.  Feather duster. Chambray blouse.  Bluetooth headphones. Shorts and shirts for the Blokefolk. Rechargeable battery pack for my iPhone.

Oh my goodness! The bargains have to be seen to be believed, so make sure you get along to your nearest TK Maxx to check them out.

I teamed some fabulously flattering designer brand skinny jeans with a gorgeous bell sleeve lace blouse to create my TK Maxx Australia outfit under $80.  The jeans would have cost me $179.95 and the top $89.95 if I had bought them anywhere else, so you can imagine my delight when they set me back a smidge under $80.

Have you checked out TK Maxx Australia yet?

That top is the cutest. I have shopped in TJ Maxx as is called in the US and loved it. Such bargains! Of course, nothing on the horizon here in Adelaide because apparently we don’t like to shop here and are treated accordingly by major retailers #notbitterReplyCancel

Oh, I’m loving TK Maxx up here too – I’m not a very good op-shopper, but for some reason, I love to look through the racks at TK Maxx hunting for bargains! And designers brands! (I’ve spotted some Kate Spade at my local, for peanuts!)ReplyCancel
